We had our first Cardio-Karate class!
On Wednesday 15th of April, the AKA held the first AKA Cardio-Karate class with great success! The feedback from the 60 minute intensive workout has been extremely positive, with students saying they enjoyed the well-rounded exercise routine coupled with karate techniques.
