We had our first Cardio-Karate class!

On Wednesday 15th of April, the AKA held the first AKA Cardio-Karate class with great success! The feedback from the 60 minute intensive workout has been extremely positive, with students saying they enjoyed the well-rounded exercise routine coupled with karate techniques.

New Cardio-Karate Class

As most of you know, we have a new class starting on Wednesday called Cardio-Karate. This high-intensity class will cover -

Karate techniques – punches, kicks, elbows, knees, 
Bag and Pad striking

Shadow Boxing
